About Weave Realm

Weave Realm is an AI-powered interactive storytelling platform that brings the magic of tabletop roleplaying to your screen. Using advanced artificial intelligence, it generates immersive, cinematic narrative scenes complete with AI-generated video, dynamic choices, and character-driven storytelling. Whether you're embarking on a solo adventure or hosting a multiplayer campaign with friends, Weave Realm adapts to your decisions, remembers your story, and weaves a continuous narrative that responds to every choice you make.

The platform is built for storytellers, dreamers, and adventurers — from seasoned D&D veterans seeking a convenient digital table to newcomers curious about roleplaying without the rulebooks. Create unique characters with custom classes, races, backstories, and rolled ability stats, then watch as the AI Dungeon Master guides you through ever-evolving worlds filled with mystery, combat, diplomacy, and wonder. Each scene builds on the last, maintaining a living memory of the people you've met, the places you've visited, and the consequences of your actions.

What's New

  • d20 Combat Engine — a full dice system now drives the AI Dungeon Master. Every action rolls a d20 against a situational DC, adding the relevant stat and your best gear bonus; natural 20s are critical successes and natural 1s critical failures, shown live on each scene.
  • Dynamic Monster Behavior — monsters shift through calm, aggressive, and desperate states as their HP drops, with god-tier foes starting aggressive from turn one. Repeat the same attack three times and the monster develops a resistance or counter.
  • Tiered Monster Design — monsters span five tiers mirroring gear (common, rare, legendary, immortal, god). Immortal and god monsters appear only at story milestones and wield stat-debuff abilities that demand top-tier gear to counter.
  • HP & Leveling — character health follows a clear formula (10 + Constitution modifier per level) and rises on level-up, tracked on a live HP bar.
  • No-Stacking Gear & Special Effects — only the single highest bonus per stat applies across your gear (dual wielding grants extra attacks, not doubled stats). Every weapon and armor now carries tagged Special Effects — damage type, enemy bonuses, environmental effects, and dual-wield triggers — as checkable data, not flavor text.
  • Item Durability — common through legendary gear wears down from critical failures, heavy hits, and use; damaged items hit softer and broken ones grant nothing, with a warning window first. God and Immortal items are indestructible and skip the stat-stacking cap.
  • Card Codex & Library — every character, monster, NPC, place, and ability you encounter is auto-cataloged into a collectible, browsable card library.
  • Monsters vs. NPCs — the codex separates hostile monsters from allied NPCs, each tagged with disposition, threat level, habitat, and quest hooks so you can tell friend from foe at a glance.
  • NPC Utility — allied NPCs carry gameplay hooks that turn contacts into assets: call pirate reinforcements, reveal smuggler routes, or unlock safe houses when the moment demands it.
  • Ability Discovery — when your hero learns a new power mid-scene, a Skill card is minted into your codex automatically.
  • Rarity by Recurrence — cards climb from common to legendary as their subjects reappear throughout your story.
  • Creature Discovery — notable NPCs and monsters prompt you to save them as cards as you meet them.
  • Voiced, Cinematic Scenes — AI-generated video, narration, and matched ambient sound bring each scene to life.
  • DM Manual Authoring — Dungeon Masters can write custom scenes and record their own voice-over narration, advancing the story without spending credits or AI generations.
  • Gear Discovery & Equipment — uncover weapons, armor, and equipment mid-adventure, then equip them to boost your stats and shape the narrative.
  • Immortal Gear — account-bound Immortal items drop rarely in advanced campaigns; each grants a unique passive skill, buffs all six stats by 1–8 points, and never leaves your account, even if its campaign is deleted.
  • Tapestry Market — a credit-based shop of curated legendary gear alongside a player-to-player marketplace for trading your discoveries.
  • Rotating Legendaries — every legendary is a one-of-a-kind, one-time purchase; the moment one is claimed, a fresh legendary with unique stats and art appears to replace it.
  • Card Packs — rip open loot packs purchased with credits for a lottery pull of legendary weapons, armor, and consumables. Each pack is randomly rolled by rarity, with unique art and stats generated on every rip.
  • Persistent Heroes — collect your character at the end of a campaign and bring them — and their gear — into a new quest. Heroes grow in rarity the more campaigns they survive.
  • Content Ratings — choose Family-Friendly or Mature (NC-17) when starting a campaign. The narrator and moderation adapt to the rating you pick.
  • Gender Selection — choose male or female for your hero; your choice shapes the AI-generated portrait and how the narrator describes your character.
  • Printed Card Decks (coming soon) — order your campaign cards as a physical deck, mailed to your door.
